Ayiti Eats brings the vibrant taste of Haiti straight to the Belleville waterfront. Run by siblings Ralph and Jessica Saint-Dic, this shipping-container kitchen made waves in 2024 as the first Haitian food vendor at Pop-Ups — and they’re back for more in 2025. Their griyo (crispy spiced pork), fried plantains, and pikliz (zesty slaw) serve up bold Caribbean flavour with every bite. Everything is made from scratch, rooted in family recipes and cultural pride. You’ll often hear “Ayiti nan kay la!” — Creole for “Haiti is in the house” — as Ralph plates up your meal with a smile. Barbee’s Smoking BAR-B-Q is bringing big southern flavour and serious smoke to the bay this summer. Hogg Food Co brings bold, chef-made comfort food with a clean twist and serious heat.
